Nos Sigismundus, Dei gratia rex Hungarie, Dalmatie, Croatie etc. ac marchio Brandenburgensis, etc., memorie conmendamus, quod magister Mathias Bissenus, filius Mychaelis de Nezde in nostre maiestatis personaliter constitutus presentia vive vocis oraculo proposuit in hunc modum, quod ipse quandam possessionem ecclesie Beati Martini de Sacro Monte Panonie Chychal vocatam in comitatu Symigiensi existentem, habitatoribus destitutam cum omnibus suis utilitatibus a religioso viro domino fratre Stephano abbate et conventu ecclesie Beati Martini predicte feudaliter conduxisset recipiendam, ymo conduxit et recepit coram nobis isto modo: quod ipse infra decem annorum conplecionem a data presentium conputandorum eandem possessionem pro sua possibilitate populosam efficere et ratione eiusdem singulis annis in festo Beati Egidii confessoris in conventu Symigiensi eisdem abbati et conventui duos florenos, quamlibet florenum centum denariis conputando, cum moneta pro tempore currenti sub pena duppli solvere deberet et teneretur; elapsis autem ipsis decem annis tamdiu quousque dicti abbas et conventus premissam possessionem circa ipsam Mathiam conservarent, singulis annis quatuor florenos per centum denarios modo premisso eisdem abbati et conventui cum moneta prescripta dare et solvere deberet et teneretur, ad quod se idem Mathias sponte obligavit nostre maiestatis in conspectu harum litterarum testimonio mediante.
