Hodie monasterio Sancti Martini Sacri Montis Pannonie Ordinis Sancti Benedicti Iauriensis diocesis tunc certo modo abbatis regimine destituto de persona dilecti filii Mathei ipsius monasterii abbatis de fratrum nostrorum consilio apostolica auctoritate providimus ipsumque illi prefecimus in abbatem curam regimen et administracionem eiusdem monasterii sibi in spiritualibus et temporalibus plenarie committendo prout in nostris inde confectis literis plenius continetur. Quocirca universitati vestre per apostolica scripta mandamus, quatenus eundem Matheum abbatem devote suscipientes et debita honorificencia persequentes ei fidelitatem solitam, necnon consueta servicia et iura sibi a vobis debita exbibere integre studeatis. Alioquin sentenciam sive penam, quam idem Matheus abbas rite tulerit, seu statuerit in rebelles [ratam ha]bebimus et faciemus auctore Domino usque ad satisfactionem congruam inviolabiliter observare.
