    Nouerint vniuersi per presentes me Johannein Ikelyngton, clericum, ordinasse, constituisse et loco meo posuisse dilectum miclii in Christo |l Ricardum Bukland, einem et piscenarium Londonensem, ad deliberandum seisinam pro me et nomine meo reuerendo in Christo palri ac domino, domino Ri-1| cardo Courteney, Norwycensi episcopo, et Rogero Leche, militi, de vno teneraento cum kayo adiacentc et omnibus suis pertinenliis, quod quondam || fuil Jacobi Palmer, et quod quidem tenementum cum kayo adiacente iacet in Wyngoslane in parochia omnium Sanctorum ad fenum |j London, habendum et tenendmu prefatis episcopo et Rogero seeundum vim, formam et effectum cuiusdam carte inde per me prefatis episcopo et Rogero confecte. Ratum et gratum habiturus quiequid prefatus Ricardus Buk land fecerit in premissis. In cuius rei testimonium huic presenti scripto sigillum meum apposui.
