The condycyon of this obligacion is such, that yf the within bounde John|Porler do well and truely obserue, perfourme, fulfill and kepe all and every the covenaunts, graunts, payments, aggre- ments and all other things, which on the partie and behalfe of the saide John Porter, his executours and assignes, are to be observid, perfourmyd, fulflllid and kepte, mencyoned and comprysed in a payre of indentures of lease, bearyng the date wythin wrytten, made bytvvene the vvythin named aldirman and socyetye of the Slillyarde in London on Ihone partie, and the saide John Porter on the other partye, that is to saye in and by all thinges according to the tenour, purporte and true meanyng of the same indentures, that then this present obligacyon shall be vttlrly voyde and holde for nought, ore else it shall stonde and remayne in all the full strenglhe, force and vertue.
