    Nouerint vniuersi per presenles nos, Ricardum Courteney, Dei gratia Norwicensem episcopum, et Rogerum Leche, militem, fecisse, ordinasse et, loco nostro || posuisse dilectuni nobis in Christo Ricardum Bukland, ciuem et piscenarium London., fldelem attornatum nostrum, ad deliberandum pro nobis et nomine nostro [] dilecte nobis nobili mulieri, Alduncie Portale, paeificam seisinam in vno tenemento cum kayo adiacente et omnibus suis pertinentiis, situatis |) in Wyngoslane, in parochia Omnium Sanctorum ad fenum London, quod quondam fuit Jacobi Palmer, habendum et tenendum ei- dem Alduncie, heredibus et assignatis suis, in perpetuum secundum vim, formam et euectum carte noslre, ei inde confecte, ralum et gratum habituros, quiequid predictus attornatus noster nomine nostro fecerit in deliberatione seisine predicte, prout ibidem personaliter interessemus. In cuius rei testimo- nium presentibus sigilla uostra apposuimus. Datum vicesimo septimo die Junii, anno regni regis Henrici quinti post conquestum tertio.
