CLXI. Der Bitter Wilhelm von Soetern iiberläfst dem Bitter Johann Vogt von Hunol stein, Sohn des seligen Vogtes Nicolaus, einen ünterthan zu Sötern. 1318 Juli 8. Nos Willeliims miles de Sutra, dictus der geymeliche, notum facimus vni- uersis presentes inspecturis, quod nos attendentes fidelitatem ac dilectionem, quam inuenimus in dilecto nostro amico domino Johanne milite aduocato de Hunoltz- steyn, nato quondam domini Nycholai aduocati, promisimus et per presentes promittimus bona fide, nostro heredumque siue successorum nostrorum nomine, Petrum dictum Slump de Sotra, hominem quondam ipsius domini Jo. aduocati, quem Petrum idem dominus Jo. nobis contulit et dedit ob grata seruicia ei a nobis impensa ad habendum et possidendum pleno iure, ad requisitionem ipsius domini Johannis aduocati seu suorum heredum eundem Petrum restituere ad haben dum et possidendum eundem pleno iure per se et suos, sicut hactenus ante col- lationem siue translationem nobis per ipsum dominum Jo. factam, nichil juris siue dominii nobis et nostris heredibus in dicto Petro reseruando, sed ius et do minium, quod hactenus in eodem Pe. habuimus, transferendo, omni dolo et fraude cessantibus.
