und P. Herrn von Braunshorn als Bürge für das Lösegeld der Gefangenen von Morbach. 1311
November 15. Nobilibus viris nec non strenuis militibus domino Sifrido Bingravio ac domino
P. de Bruor n Johannes advocatu s dominus de Hunolstein salutem cum debita dilectione.
Sicut noviter a vobis recessi ex parte captivorum de Morbach causa fidejussionis, adhuc
promitto et fidejubeo, tanquam bonus fidejussor promit- tere debet, pro 83 libris
hallensium, de qua summa solvent 23 libras infra octo dies, partem residuam scilicet 60
libras post exitum captivitatis persolvent post 4 hebdomadas sequentes. In cujus rei
testimonium ac confirmationem presentes litteras tradidi meo ipso sigillo sigillatas.
Datum anno Domini MCCCXI secunda feria post festum sancti Martini. Nach einer von dem
