CXXVIII. Johann Graf von Salm widerruft die von ihm ohne Bewilligung des Nicolaus Vogt von Hunolstein geschehene Belehnung der Brüder Johann und Wilhelm von Sötern. 1299 Juli 27. 'XJniversis presentes litteras visuris ac audituris. Johannes comes de Salmis salutem in domino sempiternam. Universitati vestre significamus et protestamur per presentes, quod, si quid Johanni et Guillelmo fratribus, armigeris de Sovtre dedimus vel concessimus, seu in homagium eosdem alicujus pheodi attinentis castro de Honnoldesten seu dominio recepimus, quod id minime faceré potuimus nee debuimus prêter consensum et voluntatem nobilis viri domini Nicholai de Hounoldesteyn, fidelis nostri ac dileeti, prout in litteris super hoc confectis ple- nius continetur.
