CXL. Der Bitter Heim•ich genannt Craz, Burgmann in Starkenburg, bewilligt, dafs
die Söhne des seligen Heinrich von Symern den Brüdern Nicolaus und Johann Vögten von
Hunolstein das Dorf Gonzerath verpfänden. 1308 Mai 25. TJniuersis presentes literas
visuris vel eas legi audituris. Ego Henricus dictus Craz, miles, castrensis in
Starkinberch, cupio esse notum, quod de meo consensu est et bona voluntate, quod Cono,
Fridericus et Gerardus fratres, filii quondam Henrici de Symern villam dictam Guminroyt,
quam ego in feodo a Nicolao aduocato in Hunoltsten teneo, cum omni iure et pertinentiis,
quod dicti fratres et ego in predicta villa habemus, Nicolao et Johanni fratribus
aduocatis de Hunoltsten pro centum libris treueren. denar. bonorum et legalium vendide-
runt, tali vero conditione adiecta, quod predicti Cono, Fridericus et Gerardus fratres
dictam villam a festo beati Martini hyemalis proxime futuro ad tres annos cum centum
libris treueren. denar. reemere possunt; quod si non fecerint, ego vel mei heredes infra
quartum annum usque ad dictum festum beati Martini qua- cunque hora supradictam villam cum
omnibus suis pertinentiis cum centum libris treueren. denar. reemere possum sine ipsorum
aduocatorum qualibus contradictio- nibus sed eorum consensu et bona voluntate. Si
supradicti fratres videlicet Cono, Fridericus et Gerardus ipsam villam cum suis
pertinentiis infra predictos tres annos non reemerint, vel ego aut mei heredes in quarto
anno, ut predictum est, non reemero, dicta villa cum omnibus suis iuribus supradictis
aduocatis hercdi- tarie permanebit. Et in testimonium mei consensus atque voluntatis
sigillum 104 nobilis viri domini mei Jo. Comitis de Spanheim ad preces meas est appensum.
Et nos Johannes comes de Spanheim ad preces supradicti Henrici Craz militis sigillum
