Johann Vogt von Hunolstein Leuten beigelegt sei. 1266 Mai SO. M. dominus de Numagen. notum
sit omnibus presentem litteram inspecturis uel audituris, quod supra discordia et iniuriis
capitalibus, que inter homines nostros Thilemanum pirnic uidelicet et Henricum duringum ex
una parte et homines do- mini .Johannis aduocati de Hunoldistein Cristianum scilicet et
Wiricum dricgen ex altera uertebantur, talis pax et reconciliatio est reformata. ita
uidelicet. quod dicti Th. et H. fideiussores dederunt domino Johanni pro X libr. treueren.
dictam pacem pro se et suis inuiolabiliter in perpetuum conseruandam. fideiussores uero
prefate pecunie sunt Johannes leidevoz. Henricus Sidenpedinc. Thilemanus Buno. Johannes
caluo. Egeno. quilibet istorum in solidum. Item si predict! Th. et H. uel aliqui suorum
prescriptam pacem infregerint. quod absit. occisione uel uulne- racione mortali.
fideiussores prenominati domino Johanni aduocato in dicta pecunia erunt obligati. Insuper
ipsi uiolatores pacis ab uniuersis et a nobis tanquam prescripti et periuri habeantur. In
cuius rei testimonium presentem literam sigilli nostri appensione fecimus communiri. Actum
