LXXX. Heinrich Graf von Salm verpfändet dem Nicolaus Vogt von Hunolstein für
1000 trier^che Pfund Pfennige die Veste Hunolstein und den Zehent zu Ach telsbach und
erlaubt ihm, alle an Andere verpfändeten Güter einzulösen. 1282 August 20. Nos Henricus
comes de Salmis, Henricus, Johannes et Fridericus nostri liberi, notum facimus universis
presens scriptum inspecturis, quod tenemur dilecto 62 fideli nostro domino Nicholao
advocato de Rundestein et heredibus huis in Mille libris Treueren. denar. bonorum et
legalium, quas ab ipsis recepimus in pecunia numerata. Pro qua pecunie summa castrum
nostrum Hundestein cum omnibus appendiciis ad hodiernam diem spectantibus non obligatis
obligavimus nostra bona voluntate et sine dolo, quousque nos redimere contigerit, et
obligamus hac interposita conditione, quod nullus alter poterit redimere wadigeriam 1 pre-
dictam exceptis nostris libei~is ac nobis. Quod si nos sine heredibus decedere- mus, quod
absit, filie nostre redimere deberent et possent. Decimam videlicet de Atzelbach * cum
predictis proventibus dicti castri etiam obligamus. Sciendum est, quandocunque nos seu
heredes nostri domino Nicholao vel suis heredibus dictam summam persolverimus, eastrum
nostrum Hundestein cum appendiciis pre dictis in manus nostras libere et absolute sine
aliqua contradictione revertetur. Insuper si dictum eastrum combureretur vel expugnaretur
ulla ratione vel tradi- tione sine falsa clave, nullum dampnum de predicta pecunia
sustinere debent, sed semper in solutionem eisdem tenemur et ad castrum recuperandum ipsos
bona fide iuvabimus. Terram etiam et proventus aliis obligatos possunt redi mere et
tenere, sicut Uli pro vadio tenent et tenuerunt, auousque redimemus. Promittimus etiam
bona fide, quod in foro spirituali seu seculari de dicta wadi- geria nunquam
inquietabimus, inquietare permittemus. In cujus rei testimonium nos Henricus comes
antedictus sigillum nostrum duximus presentibus apponendum. Nos quoque Henricus Joh. et
Frider. fratres prenotati, quia sigillis caremus pro- priis, sigillum consanguinei nostri
Henrici domini de Fourpach petivimus et peti- mus presentibus in veritatis testimonium
