XXXIII. Der Bitter Nicolaus Vogt von Hunolstein verkauft dem Kloster
Fraulautern sein Allode zu Schwarzenholz. 1262. Ego Nicolaus miles advocatus de Hunolstein
ad universorum notitiam volo pervenire, quod omne allodium, quod habui in villa
Swarzenholtz, juxta curtim Hunischeit sita, cum omnibus suis pertinentiis, jure, dominio
et honore, homi- nibus, terris cultis et incultis, pratis, silvis, nemoribus, aquis
decursibusque aquarum, viis et inviis, libra cere duntaxat excepta, que pertinet ad
ecclesiam ejusdem ville, vendidi magistre et conventui sanctimonialium de Lutrea tempore
Bruningi ejusdem conventus prepositi, laude et assensu Beatrids mee uxoris et omnium
illorum, quorum consensus requiri debebat, pro centum libris Metens. denariorum in
perpetuum tenendum et possidendum. Quam pecunie summam protestor mihi esse solutam et
numeratam per presentes, renuncians exceptioni non numerate pecunie et non solute, doli
mali et specialiter iHi juri, quo possem me dicere fore deceptum ultra medietatem justi
precii ad rescindendam dictam vendicionem, vel quod deest de justo precio suppleri, et
omni juris auxilio, quod mihi et heredibus sive successoribus meis competere posset ad
impugnanda predicta, promittens ipsis de omnibus supra dictis me prestare guarandiam
secundum terre 25 consuetudinem, effestucans pro me et heredibus vel successoribus meis
omni juri, quod habui in omnibus et singulis predictis. Ego Beatrix, uxor dicti Nicolai,
profiteor dictam vendieionem meo assensu atque laude esse factam, renuncians et
effestucans pro me et omnibus heredibus meis in futurum omni juri, quod mihi competere
posset ad impugnandam predictam vendicionem. In cujus rei testimo nium et memoriam
perpetuam rogatu mei Nicolai, quia proprium sigillum non habeo, et mee Beatrieis, uxoris
predicti Nicolai, reverendi patris ac domini Hen- rid dei gracia Treuirorum electi,
Symonis majoris prepositi Treuirensis, nobilis viri Henrici comitis Salmensis et
Theoderici domini de Hone, soceri mei Nicolai, sigilla presentibus sunt appensa. Datum
