Universis presentes litteras inspecturis notum facimus, quod nos decimam nostram de
Veldcncia * et omne jus, quod ibidem ratione decime habe- hamus, Johanni aduocato de
Hunoltstein et Christine uxori sue pro centum libris treuerensibus vendidimus, de quibus
profitemur nobis esse satisfactum; renuntiantes quantum ad dictas centum libras exceptioni
non numerate pecunie et omni auxilio et beneficio juris canonici et ciuilis, promittentes
dicto Johanni, Christine uxori sue et eorum heredibus, cum nos dictam decimam in feodo a
Ruduljpho de Sirsperch, filio domini Rudulphi militis bone memorie, habeamus, quod nos
ipsum dominum feodi in dicta venditione consentire faciemus, nec ipsi etiam J., uxor ejus
et heredes eorum jam dicto domino feodi propter dictam decimam fidelitatem aliquam vel
homagium prestare tenebuntur, sed nos et nostri heredes sicut prius prefato domino feodi
fidelitatem et servitium de memorata decima faciemus. Si vero predictis Johanni, uxori sue
et eorum heredibus promissa non seruaremus vel seruari faceremus, volumus et consentimus,
quod dominus S. major prepo- situs et archidiaconus et A. major arehidiaconus et
officialis Treuerenses in nos et in terram nostram et in nostros heredes exeommunicationis
et interdicti sententias proferant, nunquam relaxaturi donee quod promittimus perduxerimus
ad effeetum. Si vero dictum Johannem mori contingeret, uxor sua* prefata, de cujus
denariis dicta decima eiiipta est, et ejus heredes libere et sine aliqua contiadictione
tan- quam propriam perpetuo possidebunt. In cujus rei testimonium sigilla predictorum
domini majoris propositi, majoris archidiaconi et officialis Treuerensium presentibus
