CCXXVII. Quittung Gerhards Vogt von Hunolstein für den König Johann von Böhmen.
Prag 1341 October 14. Noverint universi, quod ego Gerhardus advocatus de Hunoltstein
tenore presentium universis cupio fore notum. Quod cum serenissimum dominum meum, dominum
Johannem regem Boemie et Comitem Lucemburgensem in debitis patris mei * pro ducentis
florenis et in meis propriis debitis pro centum et triginta florenis monerem, ipse michi
de gratia sua ducentos florenos aureos datiuos et legales in parato expedivit, quos ab eo
me cepisse recognosco tali conditione, ut, si rite demonstrare potuero, quod ipse dominus
rex patri meo in ducentis florenis debitis remanserit, tunc in eisdem debitis patris mei
jam perceptos ducentos florenos debeo defalcare et ipse centum et triginta florenos, in
quibus michi obli gator, solvere tenebitur et debebit. Si vero id demonstrare nequivero,
ut predi- citur, ipsi domino regi specialiter regratior eumque quitum reddo de omnibus
debitis penitus et solutum. Harum, quibus meum sigillum unacum sigillis sub- scriptorum
testium appensum est, testimonio literarum. Et nos Conradus de Sleyda et Johannes de
Valkenstein per predictum Gerardum rogati pro testibus una cum ipsius sigillo nostra
sigilla presentibus appendi fecimus in testimonium et evidentiam premissorum. Datum Frage
