LVII. Walter Abt von Prüm belehnt die Brüder Nicolaus und Johann Vögte von
Hunolstein mit dem Theil des Zehenten auf dem Merrecherberg, welchen sie von Gerhard von
Esch und seinem Sohn Thileman gekauft haben. 1276 im October. os Waltems dei prouidentia
abbas monasterii Prummensis vniuersis pre sentes litteras inspecturis notum facimus, quod
Gerardus de Esch miles et The- lemannus eius filius in manus nostras sponte resignauerunt
partem suam de decima sita supra montem, qui dicitur Merrecherberch, quam a monasterio
Prummensi tenebant et recognouerunt se tenere in feudum. Et venditioni facte ab eisdem de
eorum parte dicte decime honestis viris Nicholao et Johanni fra- tribus aduocatis de
Hunoltsten ad preces dictorum G. et Th. consensum adhibe- mus expressum et ipsis fratribus
predicte decime partem, que fuit dictorum G. et Th. ad preces dictorum G. et Th. in
pheudum concessimus et concedimus per presentes. In cuius rei testimonium sigillum nostrum
