Vogt von Hunolstein. 1311 Mai 5. Nos Fridericus dei paciencia abbas totusque conuentus
monasterii s. Mathye extra muros Treuerenses, ordinis s. Benedicti, notum facimus
vniuersis presentes litteras inspecturis, quod cum Hugo de Hunoltsteyn, noster monacus et
subditus, esset prouisor siue rector hospitalis dicti nostri monasterii s. Mathye, omnes
census nobis cedentes ac eidem hospitali in villa de Bissendal seu confinio eius- dem,
emptos erga dominam de Eywüre, ad dictum nostrum hospitale per nobi- lem virum quondam
dominum Wernerum aduocatum militem de Hunoltsteyn in sua ultima voluntate legatos, et
quibus idem hospitale nunquam quiete et pacifice perfrui poterat et gaudere, propter quod
idem Hugo tunc temporis attendens vti- litatem et commodum dicti hospitalis, salubri
deliberatione prehabita, dictos census de Kissendal permutauit et tradidit in cambium
Nobili viro domino Johanni dicto Spys militi aduocato de Hunoltsteyn et suis heredibus
siue successoribus imperpetuum tenendos, habendos et possidendos libere, pacifice et
quiete, et hoc nominatim pro tribus libris treueren. denar. censuum paruorum singulis
annis in festo beati Martini hyemalis persoluendis, quas quidem tres libras censuum dictus
dominus Johannes tradidit et assignauit vice versa dicto nostro hospitali imper petuum
tenendas et possidendas in recompensam censuum de Rissendal predicto rum. quam
permutationem siue cambium nos abbas et conuentus predicti tanquam vtilem et competentem
dicto hospitali pari consensu et vnanimi voluntate approba- mus, ratificamus et
confirmamus, promittentes insuper dictam permutationem siue cambium bona fide per nos aut
conuentum nostrum non infringere aliqua arte ingenio aut causa in futurum. In cujus rei
testimonium sigillum nostri abbatis 112 predicti hiis litteris apposuimus, quo et nos
conuentus predictus contentamur in hac parte et dignum duximus apponendum. Datum a. d.
