Die Rathmänner von Teterow schlichten einen Streit zwischen dem Bürger Alexander zu Teterow und dem Kloster Dargun über zwei Hufen in Tescawe, deren Besitz dem Kloster durch diese Vermittelung abgetreten wird. D. d. Teterow (1289—1298). April 4.

    noster contra abbatem Dargunensem questionem mo- uerat, presentibus nobis aliisque viris honestis con- cordatum fuit de omnibus in nunc modum, quod dominus abbas Dargunensis pro hereditate duorum manso- rum, quam dictus Alexander habebat in Thescowe, dedit eidem triginta marcas denariorum, vt sic sedata esset omnis discordia inter eos; ipse vero Alexander renuncciauit omni actioni amicabiliter, que sibi contra claustrum Dargun competere videbatur. Pro huius- modi compositione rata habenda promiserunt Harttinannus frater ipsius Alexandri, Johan nes filius patrui sui de Bertoldeshaghen, Johannes de Buren, Dobin, Johannes Спoкe in manus Johannis Kabolt et Hermanni Mu- steke militum et Godefridi Barolt. Testes huius rei sunt: Hinricus Faber, Euerhardus de Par kentin, Hinricus Barolt, Wolpertus, Euerhar dus Albus, Luderu|>, consules in Thitterowe, et alii quam plures. Acta sunt die Ambrosii.

    Auf einem schmalen Pergament in einer kleinen, gedrängten Minuskel. Das aus der Charte geschnittene Siegelband ist abgerissen.
