    In nomine domini Amen. Nicolaus dei gracia do minus de Rostoc omnibus hoc scriptum visuris in perpetuum. Natura requirit nobilium discretio, ut rei permanentia, que ab eis racionabiliter geritur, stabili- tate perpetua roboretur. Notum itaque facimus pre- sentibus et futuris, quod ob reuerentiam dei et gloriose virginis Marie omnes villarum possessiones, om- nes donationes et libertates fratrum in Dar gun, ordinis Cysterciensis, quas in nostro se habere dominio suis poterunt demonstrare priuilegiis, gratas et ratas habentes in nomine domini Jhesu Christi presentis scripture serie confirmamus. Insuper concedimus eis, vt si a pecore, vel per casum arboris, aut per ruinam, vel quocumque mortis euentu, que vncgherath vulgo vocatur, aliquis in eorum abbatia peremptus obierit, secure taliter peremptus sepeliri poterit absque excessu aliquo et absque aduocati licentia, dummodo sibi fuerit inti ma tum. Ut igitur hec nostra confirmado firma et illibata perseueret tempore perpetuo, eam sigillo nostro et testibus roboramus. Testes vero sunt: Johannes,

    Fredericus et Conradus Moltikones fratres et milites, Fredericus de Kercdorp et Cat, Her- mannus de Snakenborg, Georgius Molteke, milites, Johannes Rufus, Johannes Thelonea- rius, Theodericus de Sosato, burgenses in Rost oc, et alii quam plures. Datum et actum in ciuitate Rosto c anno domini M°CC°XC°VII°, in cir- cumcisione domini.

    Auf Pergament in einer festen Minuskel. An einer Schnur von rother und grüner Seide hängt das Siegel des Fürsten Nicolaus, wie es zur Urkunde Nr. XC11. beschrieben ist.
