    Nos Fridericus comes de Lyningen. Profitemur publice pre sentibus protestando, litem seu discordiam diu inter strenuos milites Iohannem de Randeke et Wilhelmum dictum Lette ventilatam super iure patronatus ecclesie parochialis in Uffen- heim a nobis in feodo dependente tandem per sententiam arbi- trariam, communi partium consensu accedente, taliter fuisse terminatam, quod predictum ius patronatus apud prefatum Io hannem de Randecke remanebit, quod a nobis titulo feodali dinoscitur possidere. In cuius evidentiam et testimonium sigil- Ium nostrum presentibus est appensum. Actum et datum anno Domini m.cc.xcv. iш. kallend. octobris.
