    Nos Rupertus comes Irsutus et Lysa nostra collateralis, per hoc presens scriptum notum facimus universis, quod cum Phi lippus et Theodoricus de Hoenfels, sororii nostri, in xxv. iu- geribus agrorum in villa Mauchenheim nobis et ei communibus parti eorum, que eisdem in predictis iugeribus cedere potuit, resignassent, que etiam in remedium animarum nostrarum mo nasterio in Ottirburg tradidimus perpetuo possidenda, prenota- tis sororiis nostris e converso recognosimus concessisse, quod cum nos sive liberos nostros ad portionem sive divisionem bo norum universorum accedere continget, supradicti sororii nostri in recompensationem resignationis predicte tantum nobis in parte nostra deputabunt, quantum de parte xxv. iugerum predictorum coram hominibus fide dignis poterit estimari. Super eo in rei evidentiam presentes litteras duximus sigillandas. Actum anno Domini m.cc.lxxi., die Michahelis archangeli.
