    Decanus Cellensis, Mogunt. dyecesis iudex, a reverendo patre et domino Gerhardo, sancte Mogunt. sedis archiepiscopo constitutus. Tenore presentium constare volumus universis, quod in nostra presentia et coram sculteto et scabinis ville Albisheim constitutus dominus Iohannes de Rodenkirchen, quondam plebanus eiusdem ville Albesheim publice in verbo sacerdotii est professus, quod amplius quam viginti annis cen sus dominorum de Prummen recepit, nec umquam perceperit vel audiverit vel viderit, quod bona dominorum de Otterburg empta pro domino de Waldecken et Gerlaco de Pinguia plus darent censum quam decem uncias Hallens. videlicet Martini quinque uncias et in pascha tantum, nec tamen hic bona dicti Rattan sunt inclusa. In cuius rei testimonium, quia hec vidimus et audivimus contra iniustas litteras nostrum sigillum ad instancias predictorum religiosorum de Ottirburg presen- tibus est appensum.
