    iurisdictionem et partem me contingentem ex feodo regali in curia inferiori et antiqua villa Mittelrorbach, Swauden et Bal horn funditus cum omnibus proventibus et censibus, agris, pratis, pascuis, aquis, terris cultis et incultis, rubis et nemo- ribus Froenden, Kalberg, Waltmarka et Brant, et queque de eisdem commoda et utilitates potuerint provenire in glandibus, annona, avena, pullis, caseis, denariis, Deheme, Medeme et decima, non obstante si dicti proventus dictarum villarum plene et per ordinem non sunt expressi in pretactis, Conrado militi de Wartenberg per manum et consensum illustrissimi domini Rudolfi Romanorum regis, dictam curiam Mittilrorbach cum omnibus iuribus'et legibus in dictis locis sibi attinentibus, scul- teto et scabinis in parte me contingente pro dicta quantitate pecunie mihi integralitate assignata, vendidi et assignavi libere possidendam, absque contradictione seu reclamatione mei aut meorum successorum qualibet in futurum. In cuius rei testi monium et debitam securitatem presentem litteram mei sigilli munimine prenarrato Conrado tradidi communitam. Actum et datum anno Domini m.cc.lxxv.
