Tn Christi nomine convenit atque complacuit inter venerabi- A lem Richbodonem abbatem, de monasterio sancti Nazarii, quod vocatur Laurisham , & feminam quandam nomine Ri- chilt, ut res suas pro opportunitate locorum commutarent. Dedit igitur præfatus abba prædictæ mulieri in pago Worm, in Dinenheimer marca feminam quandam nomine Richildem cum filiis mis, e contra dedit præfata mulier in Wetereiba feminam quandam nomine Helsuint stipulatione subnixa. Actum in monasterio Laurisham, anno XXII Karoli regis.
