Ne tollat oblivio, quse geruntur in nostris temporibus, vocibus testium et memoria literarum solent perhennari. Sciant ergo presentes ac posteri presentem paginam inspecturi, quod nos fratres de Arnstain Perchtholdus, Otto, Wichardus, Hadmarus, Wulfingusa Iitesb habitasc inter nos et dominum Vlricum abbatem Cellae Sanctae Maria; et conventum eiusdem loci super quadam decima in parochia Chaumberg et terminis eiusdem' penitus renunciavimus, resarciendo et recompensando eis per hoc damnum sexcentorum talentorum quode quodam temporef in salutis nostre dispendium et animarum nostrarum periculum in prediis ipsorum6 violenter intulimus. Verum ut talis recompensatio et conventio inviolabilis permaneat et a nullo in posterum possit irritari, domini nostri venerabilis Ottonis Pataviensis ecclesias episcopi confirmavit presentia et consensus et sigillorum nostrorum apposuimus robur et firmamentum.
