    conradus fratres dicti de dreinleue in hys scriptis rceognoscendo publice prolestamur, Quod in- ter patrem nostrnm, duminum wilhelmum bohe me- morie, et nos et ecclesiam in hildesleue pro qua- dam lignorum diuisione, que vvlgariter dicitur march- schedinge in campo herberdesleue dubietas et di- scord«i iam longo tempore sit orta sed nunc nos a senibus edocti atque a consanguincis ac fautoribus nostris instructi, quod uiolenciam ac iniuriam iam diete fecerimus ecclesie, Ideoque ob karitatis diuine amorem et domini Johannis abbatis totiusque sui con- uentus peticionem pro hac diuisione uel maresche- dinge ecclesiaih in hildesleue antplius nullo modo facto uel opere uolumus inquietare et ut ista perma- neant firma et inconuulsa nostrorum munimine sigil- lorum ac nostrorum amicorum scilicet conradi nulli us de meynersem, et domini ludolfi de esbeke, do mini bor. de berewinkelc, brunonis de eylesleuc hanc presentem paginam in huius rei testimonium duxi- mus rdborandam.
