Albertus comes Holtsatie, Ra- cesburgensis et Wagrie, omnibus, ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit, in per- petuum. — — — — Testes sunt: Heinricus de Barmezstede, frater suus Lambertus, Hartwicus de Ottenebotele, Reinvyzdus (!) dapifer, Fredericus de Racesborch, Heinricus pincerna, Nicolaus de Salem. Acta sunt hec anno incar- nationis domini MCCXVL, indiclione IV. Datum per manum [notarii] nostri Maroldi.
