Item. Tangmarus faber emit domum Gunzeliny carnificis in noua ciuitate; et hoc fuit eo tempore, quando dominus Marquardus faber et dominus Heynricus de Bucowe loquebantur verbum ciuilalis, et omnibus consulibus notorium est.
Nach dem Wism. Stadtb. A, p. 3. Die noua ciuitas kommt dort verhältnissmässig so häufig vor, dass man darunter nicht allein die Strasse, -welche jetzt Neustadt heisst, sondern offenbar einen grösseren Theil, wie in der Urkunde d. d. 1269, Febr. 22, zu verstehen hat, der etwa mit dem S.
