    Omnibus Chriili fidelibus prefentes litteras inspecturis Bertoldus dei gratia Comes de Marstetin, dictus de Nifen, Salutem et noticiam fubferiptorum. Noueritis quod Nobilis vir. Cvnradus de Rota, dictds Wackernez, domino Wolfhardo de Rota Canonico Auguftenfi et Gozzoldo fratribus patruis fuis, Cvrtes, domos, prata, terras, cultas et incultas, filuas, nemora, pafcua et poflef- fiones, in Northouen, dominii, proprietatis, pofleffionis, pigno raticio, fev aduocaticio iure, aut quolibet alio modo ad ipfum pertinentes, cum omni iure, honore, diibrictu, iurisdictione, ac aliis pertineneiis fuis, precio recepto, tamquam uenditas, omnes et úngulas fponte tradidit, et ad poffidendum pleno iure, et fine contradictione qualibet affignauit. Huius autem rei teftes funt et hiis vnâ nobifcum interfuerunt. Dilecti in Chrifto. E. prepofitus. D. prior v1. et Hemerlinus Canonici de Roggemburc. Item Plebanus de Hegelnhouen.
