Marfcaleus lenior de Oberendorf a nobis hucufque manutenuit libere et poffedit, in honore Beate virginis Marie nec non peticionis veftre ac Marfcalei predicti ad in- ftanciam vobis prouida deliberacione prehabita donamus aucto- ritate prefencium et refignamus in noftre falutis memoriam, et veftre benignitatis ob honorem.
