    Rvdolfus dei gratia Comes Palatums Reni, Dux Bawarie, vniuersis nobilibus fidelibus Officialibus Seruhoribus, et hominibus suis cuiuscunque conditionis existant, ad quos presentes perue- uerint, gratiam suam, et omue bonum. Nolentes dilectos Ciues uostros Monaci, occasione debitorum, nostrorum a quopiam im- pignorari, ser sub forma impignorationis pro nobis, captiuari, sev alias in se, vel rebus eorum aliqualiter molestari, Mandamus vobis, volentes omnino quatinus eisdem nostris Ciuibus, quando- cunque, vel quotiens cunque illos, qui eos impignorare voluerint nostro nomine, fuerint insecuti, vosque ad prestandum eis auxi- lium et consilium requisierint, ipsis assistitis pro recuperandis rebus suis, si que eis ablate fuerint, vel Conciuibus eorum si qui capti- uati fuerint, pro viribus, et pro posse.
