Ego ALBERTUS Cotnes de Bogen omnibus in perpetuum; f Q.uia sicut aqua ignem, ita & elemosinam extinguere peccatum & credo, & scio, Vnde ad noticiam prefenti pagina omnium earn intuentium peruenire uolo, quod ego in obsequium Crucisixi ad transma- rinas partes prosicisei uolens, pro remedio anime mee, me- orumque uenia delictorum, contuk' Ecclesie in fuperiori Altha tertiam partem fori mei, quod Bogen dicitur, in perpetuum usum fratrum, ibidem Deo famulantium cum omnibus adtinen- ciis sins, & prediis , siue horrii.nibus , feu etiam omni forensi iure, acprouentu, fanctoque Petro Apostolo delegans omneni proprietatem eiusdem tercie partis, que hæreditarie continge- bant fratrem meum Leupoldum cum omnibus appendiciis su pra dictis. Vniuersis etiam bonis, eiusdem ecclesie, que haste- nus a me uiolenter possefla & occupata iniustd, vel alienata sum, antegre renuncio, nullum in hiis , & in prememoratis bonis ec clesie prefate a me collatis , ivs hereditatis, aut poteslatis im- posterum aliqua prorfus intervedente donacione, vel pactione relinquens.
