      Nos Eberhardus Salzburgen. Archiepiscopus apostolice sedis legatus hoc scripto patere volumus tam presentibus quam futuris: quod ad peticionem & instanciam dilecti & specialis amici nostri Ottonis Comitis palatini Reni illustris ducis Bavarie, advo- caciam nobis vacantem a morte nobilis Comitis de Hadmasperge in bonis clericorum insule apud Chyemsse ipsi duci contulimus iurefeodi; ita tamen quod idem Dominus Dux nullam potestatem habeas eandem advocariam aticui feodaliter conferendi, fed ipsam personaliter debeat retinere : nee eciam occasione eiusdem.advo- cacie iura alia recipere teneatur, quam que in antiquis pri- vilegiis prefati Capituli evidencius sunt expressa. Ne igitur inpre- dictis tempore procedente poslit aliquod dubium exoriri pro evi- denti testimonio & Cautela hanc scribi iulsimus paginam nostri que ligilli munimine roborari. Datum huius Salzburgen. Kal. Febr. Anno Domini MCCXLIV. indicione tercia.
