fideli- bus suis per Ierosolimitanum regnum constitutis, quod, quum Hermannus
magister domus h. s. M. Th. in I. possederit bona quondam Iozcelini co- mitis,
emta a Otto comite de Ennenberch et Beatrice uxore et Ottone filio, et Iacobinum
de Amigdala, filium quondam G.1 iunioris filiae Iozcelini, se- cundum
consuetudinem regni Ierosolimitani de portione, quae contigerit eum in eisdem
bonis pro parte matris, investiverit; lacobus de Amigdala magistrum et domum
assecuravit, sicut pro parte matons suae Beatricem primogenitam comitis debuerit
assecurare, de cuius venditione domus eadem bona possidebat; et praedictus
Iacobinus convenit eidem domui restituere illam pecuniae quantitatem, quam pro
redimenda eadem parte ipsum con- tingente, dudum per quondam Guilelmum de
