    Universis presentes litteras visuris et audituris nos abbatissa to- tusque conventus monasterii Seynensis in Colonia notum facimus, quod nos de communi scitu nostro et consensu renunciamus pure et omnino super una marca hereditarii census, quam dominus Theodo- ricus de Reymbach canonicus maioris ecclesie Coloniensis nobis legavit in elemosinam propter deum ad manus provisorum domus sancti Spi- ritus in curia Coloniensi, ius et proprietatem dicte marce in ipsos transferendo, quia loco dicte marce nobis alia bona contulerunt.
