    1299 Viris prudentibus et discretis coucivibus suis et amicis dilectis in- dicibus, scabinis, consilio celerisque civibus Coloniensibus Walramus de Juliaco dominus de Bergheim amicitie et honoris quantum potest. Discretionem vestram rogamus seriose, quatinus respectu dilectionis nostre honesto viro Johanni dicto Scherfgin militi concivi vestro ex- hibitori presentium nomine nostro detis et deliberetis centum marcas, quas de aunuis redditibus nostris nobis dare tenemini in festo beati Martini proxime nuuc futnro. Nos enim recognoscentes uobis satis- factum esse de eisdem, vos quitos et solutos dimittimus per presentes, quia ipsum Johannem vel suos heredes in consecutione dicte summe pecunie volumus aliis creditoribus nostris anteferri. Super hiis in testimonium atque fidem sigillum nostrum duximus presentibus appo- nendum.

    Datum anno domini millesimo ducentesimo nonagesimo nono, in crastino beati Remigii.
