    Honorahilibus viris et honestis, amicis suis karissimis et dominis preposito, decano, totique capitulo ecclesie sancti Cfiniberti Colonien- sis, W. comes Juliacensis, quicquid potest dilectionis et honoris. Yestram dilectionem instanter et seriose rogamus et monemus, qua- tinus Hermanno dicto Kfine vel suis heredibus civibus Coloniensibus conferatis et assignetis quinquaginta marcas Coloniensium denario- rum bonorum et legalium, quas nobis vel heredibus nostris ex parte venerabilis patris et domini nostri archiepiscopi Coloniensis solvere tenemini in die beati Galli nunc proximo futuro, secundum quod in littera eiusdem domini archiepiscopi Coloniensis super dicto debito confecta sigillo suo sigillata, quam penes nos habemus, plenius con- tinetur expressum, de quibus quinquaginta marcis Coloniensibus vos liberos et quitos clamamus per presentes. Super hoc in testimonium atque fidem sigillum nostrum presentibus duximus apponendum.

    Datum anno domini mcc septuagesimo secundo, in die beate Agnetis virginis.
