Notum, quod iudices, scabini, consules ac cives nostri Colonienses concesserunt cum communi consensu Constantino dicto de Lisolfkir- chen aream iacentem ex ista parte antiqui muri prope Renum iuxta locum, qui neckelskulen dicitur, et aliam aream, que ab illa parte antiqui muri iacet versus Seyne, ita quod ipse Constantinus et Reg- mudis uxor sua predictas areas cum edificiis superedificatis et con- structis iure et sine contradictione optiuebunt, salva defensione civi- tatis Coloniensis, dum nccesse fuerit, in eisdem ndpicta est corona.
