    Universis presentes litteras inspectnris decanus et capitulum ec- clesie sancti Severini Coloniensis notum esse volumus et tenore pre- sentium protestamur, quod nos tenemur solvere annuatim iure here- ditario decano et capitulo sanctorum apostolorum in Colonia tria maldra siliginis Coloniensis mensure, decem et septem denarios Co- lonienses et quadrantem de quatuor iurnalibus et quarta particula inrnalinm terre iacentibus apud vicum Drancgassum [sic] inter vineam nostram et vincam Thilmanni dicti Razen civis Coloniensis, quos iarnales et particulam comparavimus ab Hermanno dicto Scherfgyn canonico Resensi; item, quod tenemur eisdem solvere iure predicto tria maldra siliginis Coloniensis mensure, decem et septem denarios Colon. et quadrantem de quatuor iurnalibus terre iacentibus ibidem, quos comparavimus ab Hermanno dicto de Lobio et eius uxore civi- bus Coloniensibus. In enius rei testimonium presentes litteras prc- dictis decano et capitulo sanctorum apostolorum sigillo ecclesie nostre tradidimus commnnitas.

    Datum in vigilia beati Georgii anno domini mcclxxvii.
