Notum sit, quod Helpericus Bomere tradidit et remisit sex so lidos bereditarii census solvendos singulis annis in festo beati Martini vel infra quindenam sine captione sequentem de domo et area sitis iuxta Worpelporze versus sanctam Mariam indulgentie Ingebrando et Sophie eius uxori, ita quod iure et sine contradictione optinebunt, tali conditione, quod si predicti sex solidi soluti non fuerint termino prenotato, quod tota domus et area predicta cedent Ingebrando et Sophie uxori eius predictis libere et absolute.
