    Notum sit tam presentibus quam futuris, quod Theodericus dictus de Wippelvfirde et Blitoldis uxor sua emerunt sibi crga Udonem filium quondam Udonis de Kessennig et Ude uxoris sue quartam par- tem domus et aree, in qua mansit Wernerus fusor cannarum, sitam in foro knitarum, ante et retro, subtus et superins, prout ibi iacet et ubi ipsos ex recta partitione attinget et sicut in sua habebat pro- prietate, ita quod predictus Theodericus et Blitoldis predictam quar- tam partem domus at aree iure et sine contradictione optinebunt.
