    Notum sit tam presentibus quam futuris, quod Theodericus dictus Wise comparens in figura iudicii optinuit per sententiam scabinorum, quod cessisset ei de morte Godescalci fratris sui tertia pars domns et aree vocate ad columbam site in Maremansgassen, ante et retro, subtus et superius, prout ibi iacet et sicut in sua habebat proprietate et ubi ipsum ex recta partitione attinget et dictavit sententia scabi- norum, quod dictus Theodericus et Gertrudis uxor sua ad dictam hereditatem debeant conscribi, ita quod iure et sine contradictione opti- nebunt et divertere poterunt, quocumque voluerint.
