    Notum sit, quod Hedewigis relicta quondam B'rederici de Stessa donavit et remisit domino Everardo dicto Gyr et Elizabeth uxori eius duas mansiones sitas sub uno tecto iuxta domum Iapideam vo- catam zume Holendere versus campos, ante et retro, subtus et su- perius, prout in sua habebat proprietate, ita quod iure et sine con- tradictione optinebunt. Et sic testificatum est ab officialibus parro- chie sancte Columbe, quod habuit potestatem faciendi.

    Actum et conscriptum anno domini MCClxxx nono, feria tertia post dominicam Letare.
