    1290 scabinorum optinuerunt, quod, quia census novem solidorum heredi- tarius ipsis non fuit solntus de dimidia parte aree site upper stessen inter domum Henrici dicti Clenegedank et domum Friderici dicti Bo- lariis ex opposito domus dicte Bfitschu, dicta dimidietas ipsius aree ad dictum monasterium ita cecidit et devoluta est, quod iure et sine contradictione optinebunt et divertere poterunt, ubi iusta divisione optinucrint, quocunque voluerint.

    Actum anno domini mcclxxxx, in crastino beati Nicolai, testi ficati sunt Gerardus advocatus, Richwinus dictns Grin, Gerardus dictOB Scherfgin et Johannes filins comitis.
