1246 Henricus comes Senensis omnibus consanguineis suis et
heredibus universis hanc litteram inspecturis salutem et sincerum affectum. Noveritis
quod de domo nostra, quam emimus in colonia erga fratres minores, taliter ordinamus,
videlicet ut uxor nostra, si prolem habue- rit, sibi de horto et de edificiis poterit
reseruare, reliqua monialibus ibidem commorantibus conferat ad habendum. Si vero quod
absit heredem non habuerit, post obitum suum integraliter omnia edificia cum area
possideant in nostrarum remedium animarum. Inhibentes quantum possumus districtius, ne
quis heredum nostrorum buic nostre ordinationi audeat nllatenus obuiare. In huius rei
testimonium volui- mus presentem paginam sigilli nostri ac uxoris nostre munimine ro-
borari.
Graf Heinrioh von Sayn verordnet, dass ein von ihm angekaufter Gar- ten nebst
Gebaulichkeiten zu Koln seiner Gattin, eventualiter aber dem Kloster Sion gehoren solle. —
