C. dei gratia decanus sancti georgii in Colonia omnibus, ad quos presens scriptum peruenerit, in uero salutari salutem. vni- uersitati uestre significamus, quod Albertus de renninberch canonicus maioris ecclesie in Colonia in presentia nostra constitutus confessus est, se abbatisse sanctarum uirginum in Colonia sorori sue uel cui ipsa commiserit de libera uoluntate dedisse potestatem resignandi ecclesiam suam in hagene, cum ei placuerit, eo tum extra patriam existente. In cuius rei testimonium dictus albertus presentes litteras appensione sigilli nostri petiuit communiri.
Der Decan von St. Georg bekundet, dass Albert von Bennenberg, Canonicus am Domstift, seiner Schwester, der Aebtissin von St. Ursula, die Macbt ertheilt habe, auf die Eirche in Hagen zu resigniren. 1241, 3. September.
