Abstract
Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod Henricus filius emilrici et vxor sua Beatrix emerunt sibi duas tercias partes domus et aree site in foro ferri prope domum theoderici de acherin, que contigua est clocringe, uersus aqueductum, ubicumque eos in parti- tione attingunt, erga Hermannum dictum hune et vxorem suam cri- stinam ante et retro, subtus et superius, prout ibi iacet et sicut in sua habebant proprietate, ita quod dictus henricus et vxor sua bea- trix dictam hereditatem iure et sine contradictione obtinebunt.
