Innocentius episcopus seruus seruorum dei dilectis filiis, electo et capitulo coloniensi salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Solet annuere fides apostolica piis uotis et honestis petentium precibus fa- uorem beneuolum impertiri. Eapropter dilecti in domino filii uestris precibus inclinati libertates et immunitates a Romanis pontificibus, predecessoribus nostris ecclesie uestre concessas, antiquas etiam et rationabiles consuetudines hactenus in ecclesia ipsa seruatas ratas habemus et eas auctoritate apostolica confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc pa- ginam nostre confirmationis infringere uel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, indignationem omnipo- tentis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum.
Papst Innocenz III. bestatigt der Domkirche zu Koln ihre bisherigen Privilegien und Gewohnheiten. — Bom, 1205, 23. December.
