Johannes, Dei gratia Rex Anglie, omnibus ad quos presentes litere pervenerint salutem. Sciatis, quod dedimus licenciam hominibus Colonie, quod saluo et secure veniant et redeant per totam terram nostram Anglie cum viuis et aliis merchandisis suis faciendo inde rectas et debitas consuetudines, quamdiu ipsi fuerint iu fidelitate ct fide Regis Ottonis, nepotis nostri.
