Abstract
Judices, Scabini et Cuncti Ciues Nvssienses. Omnibus presentes litteras inspecturis notum esse cupimus, quod Rfidengerus presentis scripti exhibitor noster conciuis est, nobiscum certam faciens residen- tiam cum familia sua personalem. Itogamus igitur, vt ab omnibus honorem nostrum diligentibus promoueatur et iure nostro gaudere et frui fideliter permittatur. Super quo ne quis dubitet, presentem litte- ram sigillo nostro duximus sigillandam.
Die Stadt Neuss stellt dem Burger Budingerus einen Pass aus. 1255, im October.
