Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod $da vidua in pla-
tea molendinorum contradidit et remisit Theoderico filio suo et vxori sue Richmfidi
domum, que sita est iuxta cappellam in Flatea Salis versus Rhenum superius in foro
Butyri, ea condicione, quod ipse Th. et vxor sua R. de eadem domo quolibet anno vi
marcas recipient et quod super est predicta vda in vsus suos conuertet. Post mortem
uero Me prememorate predicti Th. et R. eandem domvm cum inte- gritate possidebunt.
Item eadem vda contradidit et remisit predictis Th. et R. domum et cellarium cum
camera sitam in Schor- lachirgazzin et aream, que iacet iuxta domum, que fuit Henrici
de Witerche, post mortem eius sine contradictione possidendam et cum censu, qui
spectat ad eandem aream, tali condicione, si prolem ha- buerint, eius sit, sin autem,
predicta R. vsvmfructum inde recipiat quam diu uixerit, post mortem Th. mariti sui et
postea R. defuncta tota supradicta hereditas ad proximos sepedicti Th. reuertatur
heredes.
